  • How to raise support tickets

    • If you ever run into problems, you can raise a ticket with our Customer Support Team via clicking the Ticket icon on the top-right corner of your Admin Panel, calling directly on 0131 564 1559 and even add them on WhatsApp! Best of all, the team are available 24/7!

 

  • How to access your invoices

    • To access your subscription invoices, click the Profile icon on the top-right corner of your Admin Panel then select Billing & Payments to view these at any time!

 

  • Updating and changing your menu 

    • To make quick and easy changes to your menus, follow the steps in our helpful YouTube video guide for Interactive Menu Management, or access the relevant guides in our ePOS Academy to make quick and easy changes from individual items to entire menus!
