In this guide, we will cover the steps to Opening the Cash Drawer via your ePOS Hybrid Operator App.
PLEASE NOTE: Cash Drawer needs to be enabled as a permission for the operator on Staff Management - if this is not enabled, authorisation will be required from a member of staff with this permission in place. Refer to our Staff Management guides for assistance in setting up Permissions.
Firstly, open your ePOS Hybrid Operator App. To open the Cash Drawer, select the Open Drawer button, listed above the Total on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
