This guide demonstrates the steps to viewing ePOS Hybrid Payments transaction data and managing your account settings via the ePOS Hybrid Admin Panel.
To begin, log in to your Admin Panel at https://eposhybrid.uk/ and select ePOS Hybrid Payments.
The ePOS Hybrid Payments Dashboard will open, allowing visibility of Payouts, Refunds, Transfers, Transactions and Disputes with a selectable date range on the front page of the dashboard.
The Account Settings button on the top-right corner of the page enables the contact details to be amended in the Profile section, and in the event your preferred bank account for Payouts changes, select the Edit button in the Account Details section to adjust this also if required. Any payout account changes will take effect from the next working day.
To view all historic Monthly Statements for your ePOS Hybrid Payments account, click the Monthly Statement button on the top-right corner of the page.
