A step-by-step guide to creating Query Meals in Promotion Management via the ePOS Hybrid Admin Panel
To set up Query Meals, log onto your Admin Panel at https://www.eposhybrid.uk/. Once you have logged in, select Promotion Management, followed by Query Meal.
The Query Meal screen will list your existing promotions and allow you to add any new promotions (screenshot below):

To add a new Query Meal, select the green Add Query Meal button on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Firstly, add the name of the Query Meal in the Query Meal Title field.
After entering the name of the Query Meal, search for the item you wish to create the Query Meal for using the Select Item field. Click on the item to add this to the field.
After choosing the item to prompt the Query Meal, select the chosen time period in the Duration field - whether this is an indefinite promotion using the All Time option or if you wish the promotion to run for a specific date range using the Between Dates option.
Enter the overall price of the Query Meal in the Price field, followed by selecting the relevant Service Types you wish the promotion to be valid for in the Offer Applicable For field - uncheck the boxes of Service Types not required.

After entering the first set of mandatory fields, you will now select the items included within the Query Meal.
Use the Search for Items and Item Groups field to add combinations in the same way you added the initial item to prompt the Query Meal. You can search for full item categories or specific items. Once you have selected your chosen item/category, click the pink Add button to add this to your Query Meal Group - the chosen item/category will be added as a blue box underneath the search field. Repeat the process if you wish to add more than one item/category.
After adding your chosen items/categories, enter the Quantity that the customer can select, and enter the Combination Title. For example, if the query meal was to add chips to a burger, Chips would be a suitable Combination Title.
If you wish to add further combinations - for example if the query meal was to add chips and a drink to the initial burger selected, click the green Add Another Query Meal Group button to add a second box. Repeat the above process to add the next combination. If you wish to delete a level, click the red X on the top right corner of the box to remove this combination.
Once you have completed the Query Meal, click the green Submit button at the bottom of the page to add your Query Meal.
After adding your Query Meal, go to the Extras section of your ePOS Hybrid Operator App, scroll down and select the Refresh App button to update the app and add your new Query Meal.
